After finishing the cantonal business school in 1985, Silvia Müller Scopazzini moved to Zurich for two years where she worked in a construction company. After a stay abroad, she began her work experience in a trust company in Lugano. In November 2005, she obtained the Federal certificate as a property manager. She currently works at Besfid SA, where she deals with:

• Tax returns for individuals
• Administrative management, invoicing and payments
• Secretarial activities
